Evening all,

Im soooo tempted to buy Guitar Hero 3 which is out this Friday, looks like so much fun and could be a good laugh with Christmas just round the corner. Ive never played any of the series before and theres one thing that worries me. Does it have any longevity? £60 is a lot of money for me to spend for the novelty to wear off after a couple of hours!

So does the game itself offer enough to warrant £60?
 
Personally I'd say it definately warrents the £60.

It's certainly something that will take a while to master, you'll enjoy coming back to it IF (and I think it's a big IF) you enjoy the songs.

That's my only gripe, if you don't like a song it becomes a chore having the master it to progress.

But other than that, it's great.
 
dodgy guitars? all i have read has said the guitars are great, much better than the previous versions
 
I'm still on the fence :(

Need a new guitar but the songs don't exactly fill me with awe tbh.

Oh and I understand they have cut out the intro to Number of the Beast :mad:
