Well this seems to be subjective as some say it will others say it wont. Currently in GOW the GT cannot run moer then 16xx with No aa or AF. It is unplayerble by just upping the res to what would be a native 24 let alone adding in AF. The GTX gets exacly the same fps pritty much but with 4xaa. it is the interface preventing it.
The games with show it doesn't hold it back simply arn't taxing enough on the interface. Meet a game that is and it falls. I think it will suffer in crysis when aa is added but we shall see when SLi gets some proper support. Its going to be better then no sli. But if im going to spend 2k on a pc i want it to last some years. Getting 2x 512mb cards with a 256bit interface is not the right way to go.

also as far as im aware the amount of memory you see in 32bit has nothing to do with the memory on your graphics card.
