Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R - A long shot but...

Why don't you right mouse button on it, select properties, then the details tab.

Select Device Instance ID from the drop down, then type the bit VEN_xxxx&DEV_xxxx into Google.
 
I seem to remember that when Intel first launched their trusted platform module, it would show up in device manager as an unknown device even if disabled in the BIOS, you had to install the software for it to get device manager to detect it correctly. Does this board have the intel trusted platform module?

it is a Intel platform yeah
