Monitor For UT2004

If anyone plays UT2004 or UT3 what monitor do you use and do you get any problems with it, I ask because my monitor at it's native res is abit ghosty in the games and i wonder if that's mainly due to the speed of the games.

I was playing both on a Dell 3007 and Viewsonic VX2025 quite a lot with no ghosting.... just got my hyundai 240 - no ghosting again

All played at native res.

Even the Digimate 24" on special this weekend will serve you VERY well m8, no ghosting :cool:

Nice one for the quick replies, I use the Hyundia N220W-D 22"

It seems to be fine in other games at it's native res although i havent done much testing, It seems to be only UT's so i think it's due to their speed.

Do you think it's weoth me returning it under warranty, My graphics card is fine for UT2004 at any resolution.

Can't see the point in buying another 5 ms screen like the OcUK/Digimate 24" mentioned above since your screen is also 5 ms, but with a 2 ms screen you should get less ghosting. Maybe Samsung 226BW/2232BW.

As for whether to return the Hyundai, it's really up to you to decide whether you're happy with it.
