Ive only done it in paint so its not the best quallity but i dont see much wrong with this:)

Edit: You could even make it a white dragon so you can see it a bit better
This would look better with a red dragon.

Wales doesn't actually exist anymore... as it was absorbed into the kingdom of England... so it is a moot point.

Are MPs stupid or something?

i think it would look better aswell, that dragon doesn't fit with anything but the golden cross does.

I thought the yellow would look horrible, but actually it isn't too bad.

W T F are you talking about we have two heads of state:
The Queen
&
Gordon Brown
(however the latter may be changing very shortly:p!)
The PM is not a head of state, even though they effectively have more power than the Queen. Anyway, England most certainly isn't a country on an international level. It's only regarded as a country internal to the UK.

It was absorbed into the Kingdom of England, but has now been reinstated (perhaps the 're' isn't very accurate here) as a somewhat separate entity.

Flags need to be clear and concise otherwise "identify friend or foe" doesn't tend to work that well and can get ships blown out of the water... ;)

A big dragon is just going to be a mass blur from a few miles away. Whereas the simple English, Scottish and Union Jack flags are easy to see from that distance with a rustick "yarrrr mateys!!11" telescope.

A country needs a head of state, hence England is not technically a country either, what's your point?

The Queen is the head of state. It might be symbolic more then anything else (Queens speech: "My Goverment will...", Elected PM asks for permission to form a Goverment etc), but its still a part of British tradition.

And technically, Wales isn't a state in the Union in the same way England, Scotland and N. Ireland are. Its a principality of England, hence the 'Prince of Wales'. Practically it makes zero difference however, and Wales gets devolution like the rest of us (well, appart from England anyway).

But I don't think too much of patriotic chest-thumping like this. Politicans that pull these stunts in the name of 'national pride' are really just trying to swing the patriot vote or otherwise improve their public image and career.

Really stupid idea, nearly as bad as every roadsign in Wales being in Welsh as well as English when only 20% of the damn country speak Welsh :mad:
I'm not sure where you got that fact from, but you're miles out

Wiki says : 62% of the 611,000 Welsh speakers in Wales claim to use Welsh daily, and 88% of the ones fluent in the language use it daily.

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
