This .lua file enables ragdoll and blood effects. This way bullet decals and ragdoll physics are enabled on dead enemies.

This modified .lua file must be inserted in gamedata.pak under scripts\Entities\actor and replace the original file. Make a backup...

* Enable ragdoll physics on dead enemies
* Enable blood decals

I tried this and got some more blood effects and decals on the enemies, but i don't see a difference in the ragdolls. I can't pick up the bodies either.

The ques on fileplanet are huge.... luckily....

With this modified SinglePlayer.lua the dead enemies will react when hit.

This modified BasicActor.lua (v1.1) enables bullet decals and ragdoll physics.

Follow these instructions to install the modifications:

- Go to \Crysis\Game\ folder.
- Make a backup copy of GameData.pak
- Open GameData.pak with a program like WinRAR, for example.
- Inside the GameData.pak go to \Scripts\Entities\actor\
- Replace BasicActor.lua with the downloaded one (you can just drag and drop the file).
- Still inside the GameData.pak go to \Scripts\GameRules\
- Replace SinglePlayer.lua with the downloaded one.
- Exit WinRAR and start the game.

Okay, i've tried it... theres some blood sprays from single hits with rifles, massive blood sprays if you use the shotgun :D and the ragdoll physics seem a lot better. They work for shooting the corpses, punching them and them being influenced by explosions.

No loss of FPS either.

Ive been using this since it was released on incrysis website. Doesnt affect performance much at all, and tbh doesnt make THAT much of a difference to gameplay either, its not possible to move bodies after theyre dead (unless im missing something)

But, you do get cool bullet holes in bodies when theyve been shot!

Im only on the demo though so ive no idea if full game is any different, dont see that it would be, though

You can shoot the bodies and their limbs flap about, you can also throw grenades and they fly in the air. You can also sit there punching the corpses.
