Why do people put these signs on crap cars? Its like yours asking people to back off yet your willing to drive around in an NCAP 1 star piece of junk.

Followed a Perodua Kelisa (SP?) down the road the other day, and it was covered in "Baby on board" and "Please drive carefully" signs at the back, now surely if you gave that much of a monkeys you would have went out and bought a slightly older car, with a better safety rating than one of a tin of beans.

Anyone agree with me? If you are going to beg people to back off and drive safely as there is a child in the car, surely it makes sense to buy a relatively safe car in the first place....

They are just another way for idiot parents who can't help but shove the fact they have kids in everyone's faces to go "OMG I've got kids I am so amazing!!!!!111111" while in fact they suck because they drive a tatty Picasso.

Its for if the vehicle crashes the emergency services know to look for a child.

No, its simply a fertility thing. They are proud of the fact they can reproduce and want to let the world know, cos if your saw the sign, it would immediately
stop you from crashing into them. They are like force fields.

I thought women stuck them on cars so that there husbands couldn't pick up women when they are out in the car alone ;)

I drive an Impreza turbo and i also have a 10month old, When hes in the car with me i have a "baby on board" sign in my back window. It sends a message out to all the boy racers that im not interested in racing them, Not that i would be anyway of course. When i see one of these signs it does work and makes me pay attention mre to the traffic around me so it can only be a good thing cant it?
