This looks like the scam. They want you to send money on elsewhere and the cheque that he gave you will flag up as dodgy leaving you out of pocket by the amount of money that you sent on. Less one car of course....Cheque will surely clear into your bank account withing 2 t0 3 days, after you got the cheque clear in your bank account you have to deduct your own money out of it and send the remaining fund to the shipping company in united kingdom, so that they can come for the collection of the car...

I maintain the fact the government should run scams like this - and keep the money they make. It could be called a stupidity tax and used to offset fuel duty.
