I have a SAMSUNG LE40M87BDX/XEU and was wondering which hdmi cable to get. I dont want to spend more than 30 quid. What have people expirenced with this tv when it comes to a 360 which input is best.

Dont spend £30 on one, they send a digital signal so they will all peform exactly the same. I think the only exception is when the cable length is over 5 meters long. Buy the cheapest you can.

Linx Luxury cables are pretty cheap, HDMI is digital, so you either get 100% signal or none at all, so there is no need for high quality cables as you need with an analogue signal.

You can get a 2.4m Linx cable for £13.

I beleive you do actually get some interference on cheaper cables. The build quality of connections etc isn't going to be as good and there wont be as much sheilding on cheaper cables, so I would go for a mid range one - top end is a waste of time IMO for HDMI.

Ive seen that link one, it looks well insulated and has good reviews. Think i will go for that one.

Is there a differerence between vga and hdmi on my telly? Id rather not buy a hdmi cable to find hdmi isnt great on a SAMSUNG LE40M87BDX/XEU.

Ive got a Linx one aswell connecting my PS3 to Samsung M87 40" and Samsung 1080P7 DVD player and have had no problems - dont spend more than 15 quid.
