Top Gear Returns Sunday 7th October

Damons lap was slow anyway; Mark Webber nearly matched his time in monsoon conditions.
Buttons lap was completed on a very hot day with the A/C switched on which I'm guessing would have made some impact on the cars performance ;)

No Nathan Freke who happened to race with hamilton in the british go kart championships in 1997, hamilton won it that year with his little team of mclaren mechanics helping him along while nathan made do with his dad and family.

Hamilton took the championship and Nathan came third

Nathan is also 4 times British Superkart Champion

Nathan is also the current UK Formula Ford Champion and was also i nthe final 6 for the Mclaren and Autosport 2006 young driver of the year award

You're the only one bringing questioning Hamiltons achievements in here.

Also, I don't actually see any comments from Nathan, just stuff you've posted ;)
 
So Hamilton is well on his way to being one of the highest paid and most successful sportsman in history and Nathan..well isn't. Obviously he's not bitter.

That's besides the fact anyone could go on Wikipedia for ten minutes, read up about some relatively unheard of driver and claim they were mates with them ;)
 
So he got a quick lap time by cutting a few corners. He probably felt quite safe due to the lack of gravel traps ......

Its not his fault Subaru haven't produced a title winning car in years ;). He'd be better off in the Focus or C4. To say he's lost form though is so far off its not even funny.
 
There is no getting away from the fact that Hamilton went to circuits this year that he had not raced on before and was instantly quicker than all of his top rated rivals.

Nathan is hardly unheard of, hes regularly mentioned on autosport, i happen to be in the same Jap car club as him and have been for a while, he also lives in the next town along from me and i was also lucky enough to witness his MR2 becoming the fastest MR2 in europe :cool:

but you are welcome to think what you like, with 11,000 posts its obvious you spend more time posting on here then getting out there in the real world and making friends ;)

Wow talk about a petty squabble! Come on kids, keep the silly sarcastic quips out of this. Obviously some people have different opinions and views on Hamilton's skill - I think the facts speak for themselves really - but of course there are always those the like a bit of conspiracy! Heck, let them enjoy it, it gives them something to do out there in the "real world".

Tbh your argument is pointless and weak and no one really cares, and now in desperation you're having a go at individuals who disagree with you.

Basically we don't care if you believe if he did the lap or not. I don't really care if he did the lap or not. It's hardly tomorrow's world we are watching, it's Top Gear! Lighthearted entertainment.
