The ad for "which" computer assistant magazine that shows the guy trying to do something on a laptop and not getting very far. His wife gets the mag and obviously does whats advised in it. When he leans over her shoulder to have a look at it, she slaps him on the wrists and shouts "hey" and then he looks at her and smiles. I find that really offensive as it imparts that hes a numpty (though he could be:D) for trying summat for himself and not buying his own copy, and shes now showing how smart she is for buying the mag and under no circumstances is she gonna let the poor bloke even have a look.
I know its only a small thing, but that ad winds me up.

Any ad by No competitors - Gilly makes me want to projectile vomit.

"ooh, is that a Nakamichi SP457 TFT colour monitor with Intel inside (ding da ding ding) and one oh four kb of l2 cache? For only one nine nine? Wow, they won't be around for long!"

Shut up you annoying fool!!!

:D

It's the advert for Which i think. Gives out a free PC help book then Spams you to **** for the rest of your life.

The emasculation of the male is a common theme in advertising. If the roles were reversed you can guarantee that some lesbian feminist man-hating group would be stirring up a fuss.

I feel that most of the ills in today's society can be directly related to the removal or weakening of male role models and the status of a man within both the family and the wider society.

AJUK makes a very good point here. Time and time again you see the male character in an advert made to look a dork, whilst the woman organises everything is made to look dead clever. I know things used to be too much in the other direction, but this is now getting silly

I like the BT ads for this very reason.

He doesn't make her look stupid but he's the one that knows the shizzle.

He's also funny in My Family and she'd have it, but thats obviously nothing to do with it :D

"Thisss isss not juuust parrty fooood, it'ssss M&S parrty foood"

The grub does look great, but the way she goes completely ott trying to make her voice sound sexy really gets on my ****
