I keep getting messages off a member on OCUK giving me abuse.

The latest being "go back to your shandy ya wee faggot."

I don't know what to do

I think it takes loads tbh - they say they look into every complaint which I doubt. I leave bad feedback when people trashtalk in a game and it often makes no difference to their star rating even if they only have 3 or 4 - I sometimes wonder why I bother. Does anyone else leave bad feedback on annoying players?
