3D Mark 06 score check

This look about right for setup in sig? Just trying to some different clock speed on my GPU.

Yeah i would say its low.

I got the same mark -100pts with a E6600 @ 2.8
1gb DDR2 - single stick @ stock
8800GTS 512mb @ stock

Im on 11600ish on a E6400 and a GTS at those clocks.

What are your individual cpu/sm2/sm3 scores?

I've just re-installed my drivers and for some reason this time the shaders are unlocked. Had a play with Rivatuner and got this..

Core @ 650 / Shaders @ 1550 / Mem @ 991

I've got Aero running but surely this would'nt affect the score.

Still seems low to me. Advice anyone?

12+k is quite good for an 8800GTS 640mb

i got 12203 with my old gts 320meg with similar setup,only real dif my cpu is clocked at 3ghz

12000 plus aint to bad, used to have a 640 8800gts clocked @ core 680, shaders, 1500, memory, 1000. on an e6600 @3.2 ghz. scored 11500 or so in 06 with the new gts 512 managed to hit 13665

You sure thats right?

With my E6600 @ 3.4Ghz I get just over 3000 for CPU score and my GT @ 700/1800/1000 I get 13200.

remember G92 chips are much better at benching than G80 chips regardless of in-game performance.

hence why a GT will get a better score than a G80 GTS

Nearly 1000+ better? I mean I've got a dual core. In game performance is quite abit better on the GT's I know but I did not think benchmarks would be so big that I was getting a higher score than an overclocked gts and a quad core at almost the same speed.

Just OC'd to 3.0 Ghz and managed 13706.

I should be getting higher than 17k in 06 with my rig. but i dont heh...

680I
1kw PSU
4gig pc8500

annoying though i should be hitting 20k arghh
good news is i have entered the EVGA 680I to 780I stepup program once i recive the new board im gonna order another 8800GTX
that should blast me past 20k in 06 im hopeing.

Well compared to the newer GT's in here that score looks about right.
