Ive had one viewing booked. But compared to my daily average of 8, im quite disappointed. Also im welcomed with the height of festivity when i telephone match properties, it goes a little like this.

" Hi its damien here from west wales properties, how are you ?"

" Good thanks, its christmas in 6 days id prefer it if you wouldnt contact me until after the new year."

And thats one of the nicest responses ive had.

better than i get. lol

well working in a agent in the ass and of nowhere i dont avarage many at all lol. just to have at least 6 a day when i was in the other branch. property is worth more out here though.

and i have just managed to get a second viewing out of someone for 3pm :D get in lol something to do.....

I Saviour out of office viewings, make them last as long as possible ! lol.

I'm praying to the gods for someone to book one for today.

now that i;ve got this one i can drag it out till 4pm. as i gotta drive 20 mins as well ;)

then only got 2 hours left. Tomorrow we are only open untill 12.30 then staff party and then again on friday :D
