well its about that time and it comes to the shop of hell at your local supermarket.as your browsing your list of must gets your eye stops at crimbo pud.is it really a must have?everyone virtually i know hates it and it doesnt get eatan.also by the time everyones eaten a dinner twice the size of there belly and consumed much alcohol, burp :p is it really needed or a waste.im sure most people must have at least 3 stacked away in here cupboards as i type.do you buy another four the collection or do u actually eat it.

When I last did a big family xmas dinner I said I wouldn't bother with xmas pud because no one really liked it. They all kicked off because "xmas isnt xmas without it" blah blah blah.

So for myself I made a nice sticky toffee pudding and bought them all xmas pud.

Surprise surprise they all wanted my pudding, which ****** me right off.

We always have it, but then everyone in my family really likes it. It is rather stupid to have it if you don't like it though.

I made mine last year - it's just come out of the garage (I keep there as it's cool). It'll be delicious. I love it, it's delicious. if you don't like it don't buy it! :/

xmas pud is lovely, especially with very hot custard. We have bought chocolate christmas puddings this year from marks and spencer which should prove to be lovely. Also got more of their chocolate pastery things as those are insanely good for the taste buds :P

Same. I make my own too and they really are lovely. I used to say I didn't like Christmas puddings without ever trying them lol :p once I tasted them last year I loved them.

Christmas pudding is absolutely amazing! Obviously a proper homemade one rather than the overpriced rubbish you buy in the shops though. I've never remotely thought that "everyone hates it" before - almost everyone I know loves them! Christmas wouldn't be the same without it.
