im working too. unfortunately. manager said if we get any phone calls try to make the customers come early as we wanna finish early too lol. damn i just wanna be down the pub boozed up.

Off then til the 3rd, in the 3rd/4th then off for a long weekend

I'm working until 10:30pm tonight.

Not too bothered, could have been worse and I could be working tomorrow and boxing day.

Working here today until 1pm, then off until the 28th where I will be in all day. Off over the weekend, back in on the 31st for a few hours (hopefully) and then back to work full time on the 2nd.

We have been told that anyone who booked a day off on the 24th or 31st has to use an entire days leave, not half a day, where as if you work you get half a day off "free"

Working from home all the "working days" between now and New Year's

So, with just 2 day's annual leave left (which I used last Thu/Fri), I have nearly 2 weeks off work

Yep working today, till 8PM.

Work in a well known wine store so its not that bad, except for the customers not understanding 3 for 2 on any wine and the many many drunks looking for champers or special brew.

Been made worse this year due to managment believe we wouldnt like a life or to go out with friends or see family, so they have extended working hours to 9am till 10 pm.....

Also some git has complained that the stores in the district dont have a licence for the radio or music playing so they have put a stop to that as well. :confused:

At least i get to sample the damaged items

so not the worst day in the job

Not working christmas day though, back on boxxing day.

Off today, don't go back until wednesday 2nd. On call New years Eve, then back on call wed/thurs & friday morning.
