Some good games, I said a while ago when seeing the December fixtures that if Arsenal were still top by new year then I'd concede that they're serious challengers. If they get 6 points from their next 2 games (pompey and everton away) then they'll have done well.

As for United, Ferdinand and Hargreaves are expected to be fit, VdS is out, while Park may feature. Always good for a goal so it'll be great to have him back. I'd expect Giggs to possibly be rested against Sunderland so he's fresh for the West Ham game. I'd possibly leave Tevez on the bench too as he'll definately be useful against West Ham. I'd go for:

PIG
Brown Ferdinand Vidic Evra
Ronaldo Anderson Hargreaves Nani
Saha Rooney

After getting a pasting from Liverpool i hope Portsmouth are feeling a little depressed and not up for it :). I can see us struggling but think we should nick a win.

West Ham vs Reading is the early game on TV. Don't think i'll bother and listen to the chelsea game on the radio instead.

I can see Arsenal slipping up today. I agree with Ripper in the OP, if they get 6 points from the next two games I will be impressed.

Wouldn't be surprised to see something like.

PIG
O'Shea Brown Rio Evra
Fletcher Carrick Hargreaves Nani
Saha Rooney

Wouldn't be my choice but SAF maybe tempted to give Vidic a week off by bringing in Rio to the defence that finished against Everton. Meaning both Rio and Vidic have had a game off. Can defo see Nani playing, played well against Roma and not seen him since. Also can see Fletcher getting a game soon :(

I think it will be interesting to see the Arsenal, Liverpool and United lineups today. Their games are arguably easier than their game in a few days (Everton away, Man City away, West Ham away), so there's a possibility that managers may rest players ahead of those games.
