ok after a long day heres my final report of my problem!!
after trying everything i could think of.. i decided to ring a mate that has a little bit more pc knownledge then me in hardware department anyway, he came round and we done a full re-seat and check of everything.. everything looked fine, we tried everything too
STILL.... the mobo was flashing, i couldnt check the psu from my old PC to the new motherboard as there wasnt enuff connectors so we both went to the guess its gotta be the mobo!!
so i connected the new psu (ocz gamexstream 700w) to my old pc as going new to old isnt a problem becoz i have more then enough cables but going old to new there wasnt enough,
turn it on and... nothing happened!!
Im guessing i have a PSU problem but im still not too sure.
let me explain what i plugged into my old pc from my new psu to make sure i got it right!!
my old psu was connected by 20pin into my 24pin mobo so i copied that & also plugged in the 4pin cpu & 1 of my CD Drives & Hard drive by SATA... No luck, i also tried putting 24pin into the mobo still no luck..
think im repeatin myself here now so i'll let the pro's give me what they think is wrong (you guys lol)
put my old psu back onto my old pc and it turned on fine!!!
also thanks to delvis & rest for help
