Nope I havent had a drink since near years eve.

Nor I, even then it was only 1 glass of champagne.

No hangovers now for at least a couple of years! \o/ But I'm a boring sod that doesn't drink much (as in a couple of units a month MAX :o). I used to have a couple of glasses of wine every night... I just don't feel like it anymore, I LOVE wine (it's in my blood/upbringing) but in spite of this I have no craving for it. Though I appreciate a good wine more now I have them less often, means I can justify expensive bottles :D

No, it isn't.

The main cause of a hangover is dehydration which occurs because alcohol is a diuretic, and guess what, alcohol is the same whether it's in Special Brew or the finest imported Belgian ale. By your reckoning you can drink as much as you can and as long as it's "good beer" you won't feel anything the next day? I'll take you up on that challenge.

You're welcome to! When I was in Poland I would drink 8-10 pints a night sometimes. Yes I'd feel drunk as a stick as the evening went on but the next morning I wouldn't feel anything - the draft beer over there is far better than the Interbrew-distributed crap sold in the UK. Last night I also consumed a large quantity of bottled Belgian beer.. this morning I felt totally fine.

99% of beer sold in pubs or shops in this country is bad quality, it's not surprising people get hangovers.

I almost agree, the difference between Vodkat (really dirty vodka) and Smirnoff the next day is unreal. Only hangover i've ever had was off Vodkat, really awful stuff.
