Crysis 2? or not?

actually i believe crysis 2 is using a revision of cryengine2, didn't they say there aiming to make it more realistic looking, and those screenshots look like cryengine2, whats with sem and 'obvious BS'?

i have to say that the land scapes look the same but the water looks better.....probably just suped up versions of cryengine2

Looks like they took a crysis screenshot and photo shopped it a bit.

To say i was dubious would be optimistic.

Hmm some of the those screens looks like Africa, Farcry 2 is in Africa.

IGN: Crysis is already an amazing looking game, where do you see visuals headed now that you've had an entire development cycle to work with DX10? What kinds of visual effects did you have to omit from Crysis simply because they cropped up too late in development to include?

Cevat Yerli: As with Crysis, we are working on making the Crysis franchise the most realistic and compelling experience ever created. For the next installment, we will continue to push the bar for realism while still making the game pure fun and exciting. Luckily for Crysis, we have basically been given everything we asked for in the design stage (who would have guessed we could break trees?) and more, so we can't really give you a definitive answer to this.

First few pics look like Crysis from the start, the others could be Crysis2 but if they are making that now then why are they not making a good patch for crysis so ppl can play it at high settings (with a highish rez) without the need for a GTX

yeah just enhanced i believe, sort of like cryengine2.1 or something along those lines

What's not to believe about those screenshots? They are clearly from cryengine2.
