I was trying to be funny, hence the short pithy replies. Jealousy really isn't something I suffer from I am afraid, life is too good and too precious to waste worrying about what other people have, I find it better to focus on what you have. But if it really did upset you that the nasty man tried to look at your files try and get daddy to get him fired or something.
And what has that got to do with anything? You clearly mentioned it so that you could use the "are you jealous" comeback.Dads on my side , but hes more interested in discussing what car to buy me !

A lesson that most kids seem to miss nowadays. Elders get respect by default especially those in positions of authority. Parents, Police, Teachers and so on...

Actually I didn't miss the point. It was your attitude that I was responding to.
Sure they should not have tried to access the iPhone but could under many pretenses.

i was in school and a teacher walked into the room to start class and said some thing like id like to confiscate a game boy i kinda looked at him quickly and turned it of then whacked it in my pocket end of story.
if you actually had a valid reason like you claim eg course notes on it you should have just told him why you had it out and chances are you would have been able to keep it out.
instead you got cheeky and got it confiscated although i do not agree with him trying to access it but i think he was only wanting to try it out rather than been interested in the content you had on it.

In some cases, yes. Not at school though. At school, you give the teacher respect because he's important and he's in charge and you're the student, who is there to learn under the teacher's instruction.
Agreed this thread as completely lost its point due to people being more bothered about, why i had an iphone at 17 and why it was confiscated.
People missed the fact i didnt mind it was confiscated i was happy i got it back and everything was fine.
