I need help basically, I've decided to make a friend a Birthday card, but thought of using this picture below with some catch line of "have a great day on your birthday - especially with that image stuck in your head" etc...

but with my face replacing his

I know there are some good people here with skills (and some with not lol - stay away!! haha), it doesnt need the tag line because that'll be inside the car, but any help I'd be grateful for.
