I am sorry to hear it made you sad, as it raised quite a smile for me. I agree though, there is an awful lot of rubbish "trinkets" produced and yet people still buy them. There can be no accounting for taste.
This one, however, is sheer brilliance due to its total lack of thought and taste. I don't think it's meant as a personal assult on Christianity, I think of it as an amusing and thoughtless blunder by the makers and buyers.
