well no, 90% of the time it has worked eg

"Hi i need to refund this suit jacket please..."
"sorry we cant to a refund or exchange as the jacket has been worn."
"well it hasnt actually this is how i bought it, and the size was labelled incorrectly on the hangar..."
"sorry kid, there's not much i can do..."
"hmmm ok, let me just ring my dad and ask him to come to the store.."
"ahh dont worry about it sir, what size where you after, ican check in the back for you etc"

You must look a right turkey parking outside the shop in your flash 6 Series cabrio and then ringing your Dad to help you get a refund.

1. i was in a store
2. i didnt ring him merly mentioned i was going to:confused:

Pretty sure that's not the case. A shop does not legally have to give you a receipt for the goods you purchase, therefore you do not legally have to have a receipt to return them. A bank/credit card statement is enough 'proof of purchase' to comply with any legalities of returning faulty goods..

Not true at all, you have to be able to prove you bought the item from their shop. some shops can refuse a bank statement as the item on the statement will only say where it was bought, not what was bought. As for faulty items, the shop does not have to give a full refund if there is no receipt as you have no proof you bought it there. If it is agreed faulty, then the shop only has to give a 'like for like' exchange. if the item in question isnt in stock anymore then shop voucher or a credit note is suffice.
with a receipt though, the shop 'has' to give a return if the item is faulty or the customer isnt happy with it as a 28 day policy applies.

Actual LOL!

"Give me a new jacket"
"no."
"I'll tell my dad!"
"oh ok sorry, my bad, here ya go"

LOOOOL! :D

I remember a woman tell me she was going to phone her husband about something she bought that i wouldnt return for her. I told her she could, but all i would do is tell him the same thing i told her about not being able to return it.

About half an hour later, he turns up and i tell him exactly the same thing. He says fair enough and they both leave! Her obviously expecting a refund still, him pee'd off that he's missing the football or something! Haha!

It was slightly different though, she was trying to return something that we'd never sold!:D
