We could see some quality Photoshopping going on here
His head already looks like it's been 'shopped on. I can tell by some of the pixels, and from seeing quite a few 'shops in my time.

Dear Daily Mail,
I was disgusted to see a tiny brown man in this morning's paper and - if I hadn't laughed so hard at how outlandish, non-English and non middle class he was - I would almost certainly have written a strongly worded letter to my local MP.
Send them back, no matter how little they are! That little brown man can lift weights a sixth of his body weight - imagine what a fully grown one could do to this beautiful country we all call Kent ... I mean England.
And I bet he's on benefits too. They're all the same, these foreigners with their normal-sized heads but oddly tiny bodies. Plotting, you see, plotting to overrun our country. You see if I'm wrong!
