Going to see a film starting with J today...but which one!

Whichever one I don't see I will be waiting for on DVD.

If you've seen both which one would you recommend?

Cheers,

G

Lots of people on here liked Jumper it seems. I personally disliked it. A lot.

I found Juno to be quite entertaining, though it can be a bit smug and self-knowing. But out of the two, it's easily the one I'd recommend.

I havent seen Jumper, but by the sounds of it Juno is easily the better film. Jumper might be better on the big screen though. Juno is fine for a DVD viewing.

Ive seen both and i enjoyed Juno much much more than Jumper, which is ok i suppose...didnt really hold my attention for that long. But Juno is a great movie, definitely one to watch.

I think Juno is the MUCH better film although you wouldn't lose as much by seeing it at home whereas Jumper is going to be best seen at the cinema.

Juno is a smart movie and it's smart funny. It has message. Jumper is what 10 years ago would pass for a 42 minute, plothole driven, "last minute idea" type X-files episode with most money going into CGI and expensive textures rather than training the cast to acceptable acting levels. The biggest downside of Juno is "12" certificate, which means most of the teenagers in your local cinema will get bored rather quickly with their Canadian counterpart's on screen wit and start throwing their popcorn out of the pram....

Saw Juno last night. It was ok. I think Ellen Page is great and the boy from Superbad is cool too, but I would see Jumper.

I didn't really feel fulfilled after watching Juno...glad I didn't pay for it. Maybe I should have had another artic bowl from Ben and Jerrys...

I think I'm having too high expectations about films at the moment and getting disappointed is easy.

Juno and Jumper are totally different films I would say Jumper, I wanted to see that before Juno anyway.

I would be hard pressed to record Jumper if it was a weekly series.
Juno on the other hand will have you laughing and its got a great soundtrack that suits the film perfectly.

have to say i really hated Juno, just a story about a whining brat tbh
Er..? It was a while ago that i watched it but as far as i can remember it the whole 'hook' of the story is the fact that she just gets on with it...
