Just saw an ad on TV for the new Kia Ceed... before I realised it was a Kia I actually thought it was pretty damn sleek looking, then when I saw the badge it was kind of a pleasant surprise in the same way as when I first saw the nice SKoda revivals of today.

Doesn't seem too bad!
Anyway what struck me was the warranty that was advertised... 7 years or 100'000 miles... that is simply stonkingly long, over double the average right? Do you think this is just a useful gimmick to get people to buy their cars... or will it mark the start of an increasing warranty length for other companies too?
