Raid on Asus P5K3 - First Timer!!

I struggling to get raid working (this is my first time) and I was hoping someone could give my a little help.

I've set SATA to Raid in the Bios and then added the three drives into one volume as seen here:

But I don't know how to then make this volume usable within windows as it does not show in Computer Management:

Any help would be very welcome.

Is this XP? If so there is a 2Tb volume limit, to go above that you'll need to go to Vista, Win 2K3 or XP64.

EDIT: To be sure take one drive out of the array and try that.

It's XP, so do I need 64Bit Vista or will 32Bit work??

32bit should be fine I believe but there's no price difference so if you're sure you can get drivers for all your hardware I'd go with 64bit.
