United could go into the Newcastle match 8 points behind so its important we get the ball rolling with a few wins. Expecting a few changes from Wednesday, with Anderson likely to be rested I assume:

VdS
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Carrick - Fletcher - Nani
Tevez- Rooney

Expecting something like that, although Scholes might play ahead of Fletcher. O'Shea might start in defence since those 4 havn't had much rest.

0-4

Here's hoping for a return to scoring and a win tomorrow and I also have a feeling Man Utd won't have things all their own way, Keegan will be desperate to get things moving with a big win, then again, I'm normally wrong.:(

Oh, and although I hate to say it, c'mon Chelski.

Huth is missing for us :( Tuncay is back in training although don't expect him to start. Don't expect us to get anything more then a point. Haven't won at Anfield in years.

If we play even 50% of our best we will crush Newcastle they are AWFUL.
If we dont win this game and win it well Fergie and the entire team (bar Rooney) should be sacked.

Scholes will play today, he always scores against Newcastle

Random stat, Paul Scholes has scored more goals at SJP than Kieron Dyer !

I hope he starts today :D Good stat too.

Im hoping for a large Utd win today, to boost the goal difference larger.

Lets hope we put a performance in somewhere to the standard of the Arsenal match, we should have no problems at all :)

Eduardo is going to be out for a long time by the looks of it, although it didn't look like a red card offence to me and they won't replay it now either.:(:(
