all this 4chan stuff in GD

The thing about 4chan and its memes is that they do not work outside of 4chan. It just looks stupid, so I think the OP does have a good point. The reason why 4chan works is the anonymity. As soon as you start to have usernames and recognise regular posters for who they are it looks ridiculous.

The Last FM 4chan group is one of the saddest places on earth because the regulars have tried to create a 4chan away from 4chan. So you see thirty year old guys saying DESU DESU DESU and "epic lulz!!" and out of context they look like morons.
 
I agree this 4chan thing needs to calm down a little, the occasional pic is funny when your not expecting it, buy when there are loads in a thread it just loses the funny:)
 
The only thing that has been over used i feel is the fail pics, and that cus someone made a thread complaining about the use of epic fail etc so it was asked for really
 
Its actually a good job 4xhan exists, as it is basically a website for spam. People can do what they want there (pretty much) and its anonymous. Let them work off steam and keep the other websites clean.

And there have been some truely funny threads on there, I've got several saved (Though can't post most of them due to swearies.

4chan is very refined site I think you'll find, they like to talk about world issues such as, swap.avi, salsasnack and **********, then copy and paste crap over it.

Pity its full people who should be in jail/ insane asylums.
