Now this is how you clean a car!

Gorgeous.

But now watch as this thread descends into an argument about washing like that being unnecessary, the cost involved being crazy, and then the obligatory "detailing" argument.

I'm wondering why he bothered swirling out the numberplate in the pics then posted a shot of the chassis number.

Wow. It's very difficult to comprehend the amount of work that goes into something like that. The car looks absolutely stunning.

I sort of do and sort of dont understand this whole detailing malarky.

Theres someone on a rover forum whose cars is endorsed by Meguiars or something along those lines, but he had a complete car respray and keeps it garaged so i would expect it to be in good condition, if its on the original paint with 100k on the clock and has just been looked after then surely thats better than one with brand new fresh paint.....

eeek the car was absoloutely covered in swirls to start with, that's no good for such an expensive car!

EDIT : I'm in love.

If your brand new Ferrari had paint like that, you too would want it detailed.

Ridiculous amount of swirls.

*cringes at the thought of some chav with a bucket and grit filled cloth washing the car at the dealership*

I must behave, as soon as I saw the car parked outside I had visions of a passing bird crapping all over it and then the look on the owners face.:D

Still if nothing else it gave some decent photos of a car not many people get to own.

Cant imagine they have chavs at ferrari dealerships.

Yeah thats bad, but then you have the "bad cases of micro-marring" on the carbon fibre..... getting a bit anal about the whole thing there.

Just get the scratches removed from the wings and jobs a good'un.

On the interior pictures, if they werent labeled you couldnt tell between the before and after photos, they look no different.
