The wheel being turned by the amount shown in the picture at 152mph would have you doing a massive turn. You'd be off the road before you could blink.

I personally don't think a 106 could do that, but FOX prob won't believe my astra can do nearly 150mph.

Like i said, i know what my car can do, i've timed it and had the top speed.
By all means, come to kent, can see it for yourself, i'm not denying you the chance of seeing the car do what i'm claiming.

Indeed, a guy on the Isle of Sheppey did it, used to own a skyline which is now owned by Sumo Power on the Island, which ended up pushing out 1300bhp.
But hey, maybe i'm making them figures up too, eh?

This is the problem, speedometers on most cars are not designed to be anywhere near accurate at high speeds, as a result they will be considerably off - you were probably doing no more than 130mph which, incidently, is about what Vauxall reckon the top whack is.
