Taking it sideways at 150MPH will certainly stress everything so it may well need a service now...and probably overheat too.
Have to say the sticky idea is a good one, warn off others who think of trying it.

Bit late in the thread but ah well...
That list of mods is typical max power BS. Why would it have a superchip and a piggybag ecu? If it did have cams, I am assuming at least 285 duration to make the (laughably) suggested power, thus peak power would be much past the standard rev limit of 7200. My mere 154bhp on the same engine requires 7800rpm to make peak power.
Blitz Nur spec exhaust, jap exhaust usually found in boosted applications so I'm assuming 3"+ diameter bore? This would kill power on a n/a 1600cc engine. 190bhp n/a would require standalone ecu, throttle bodies, crazy cams, hi comp pistons, lots of headwork and around 8000rpm. Not exactly cheap...
Also actual top speed of a 106 GTI/saxo vts with standard rev limit and standard gearbox is just under 135 mph although at standard power they cant pull that hence the 120 odd book time. To do 152mph GPS you would be needing a VTR box (which would kill acceleration) and probably boost.
Mine does just under 140 gps (about 150 indicated, so yours is probably doing actual 130 in the pic) but it has non fictional cams and 7800rpm
