Frontline: Fuel of War

It didn't like the fact I had d-tools installed. Uninstalled it for now, game works and runs fine :)

It was applauding the devs on a huge patch the day of release ,,and yes i think i know more than most on here about BF2 thx 536MB to be exact .

I have played a few rounds on line and it seems very COD ish at first glance , I will give it a few hours over the weekend and Inbetween clan matches .

Not had any stuttering on both my PC's

One is in sig and the other is similar with an 8800GTX,

Both run 1900x1200 and foliage is on high.

The GTX is pasting the X2 though at the moment as ive had to disable one of the GPU's as it causes texture flickering on some buildings with it enabled,

Tried renaming the exe's but didnt help, still runs great on one GPU though

Cool...let me know what you think over the weekend the baldy. Ive got it ordered...but I'm very much a BF fan like yourself. Dude...youve spent half your life in BF2!
 
Theres a small hotfix available for anybody having securom errors,

We've released a hotfix for the following issues:

SecuROM issue with emulation software which will not allow the game to load.
Possible fix for Vista crash related to certain sound cards.
NOTE: Patch 1.0.1 MUST be installed before installing this hotfix

had a quick go on multiplayer after applying an unofficial patch and its sorta like the battlefield games mixed with cod4. Just like the battlefield games this game will need 6 months of patches to work properly :P

Certainly a great stop gap until BF3. Has the potential to be fantastic but in need of some patching to get there!

As its only £20-25 to buy I'd recommend it to all.

If anyone knows how to find out ip address of the server you playing on please let me know.
