Beggars belief, this was unheard of years ago, the odd house party did happen between friends who new each other but not total strangers, I would seriously punish my kids if they ever show the same respect as that girl has, parents house parents rules and acting like that is shocking.

edit its not a parents house but a rented place, personally I would have sent the police in with tear gas and riot gear, teach the **** a lesson.

Haha, didn't this also happen a little while ago? With some girl posting the party on her page, and then mobs of people coming? Haha. Silly girl.

Residents said that one person had even set up a stall in the road selling alcohol.

Did you even read the article?

They posted to their friends on Bebo, and other people saw and invited themselves...hardly their fault. And they have subsequently apologised...

This actually sounds like a genuine mistake, not like the idiot kids who do it on purpose and seem to take pride in the publicity that destroying their parents place brings.

:confused::confused:

No it wasn't, it's always happened, it was happening long before the conception of 'social networking' sights. I can think of two occasions in my time at Cov Uni in the late eighties early nineties. I know of various stories told to me by my father from during the sixties, friends and families have plenty of colloquial stories of similar incidents. Don't mistake it being reported more as actually it happening more, there's a big difference.

I feel sorry for them ina way but admit i would never advertise a house party on the interent

didn't something nearly identical to this happen last year?:confused:

I loved the australian version where a guy's party went ballistic- when interviewed on the local news he was loving it and so rude it was hillarious.

cheeky poop!

Haha, with the famous glasses? :D

Its a pretty honest mistake to make, whenever ive had a party i'm sure ive told people about it over bebo or suchlike.

i think they were arranging it on the net a few people saw it and intvited themsleves and spread the word. they were just unlucky
