Unfortunately none of these are progressive rock. Seether is grungey thingy, Dream Theatre is modern power(ish) metal, Disturbed is a nu metal hybrid and Rammstein is industrialized metal thingy.
Seether - you could try Alter Bridge
Dream Theater - Symphony X
Disturbed - donno
Rammstein - try Laibach, it's what Rammstein copy.
Dream Theatre are definitely prog. They came about when prog had it's revival in the early 90s. I agree though, it' is more metal, but it's definitely progressive in my opinion. The only other band I know out of those four is Rammstein, and I'd say that's more of the same.
well, I've listened to Leftoverture several times and I can't really see where Pure Reason Revolution, Oceansize, Porcupine Tree, Amplifier, The Mayan Factor, dredg, A Perfect Circle, Tool, VAST, Aereogramme et al got their sound from. I'll give it a listen again, but I'm fairly sure it's not changed that much!
Funnily enough, only one of the bands in the op is something I would consider even remotely prog, and that's Dream Theater - I think they're more prog metal, though. If you like them, try Symphony X, Circus Maximus, Freak Kitchen, something like that.
If you're feeling particularly proggy, have a listen to Steve Hillage, or any Hawkwind.
I think the term "prog rock" covers such a wide range of music (particularly having looked briefly at the wiki link above). Personally I describe Dream Theater as "Prog metal" and Disturbed and Rammstein as v0n said (dont know about seether).
If you want something similar to Dream Theater you could try Queensryche (get a best of though cos some of/most of their albums aren't that good), or Savatage (Gutter Ballet, Edge of Thorns and Handful of Rain are ****ing brilliant albums). Brazen Abbot might also be of interest to you.
