Well just been out and about in this lovely weather to collect my new car from Crawley.

The car in question is as the title says a Ford Mondeo ST220, in what I think the best colour performance blue. Doesnt have any options over and above the standard 220 fare, but has enough bits and bobs. Its on an 04 Plate and has covered just over 35k, full ford service history and all that business. Its in very good condition needs a clean and wax but other than that all top notch.

Previous owner has modified it a bit with a Mongoose Catback exhaust, Induction Kit and Bluefin, but its still quite respectable, well up until you boot it anyway, comes alive above 3500rpm.

First impressions are great driving wise, but only cruised home due to the crap weather will hopefully get out towards the end of the week and give a real review.

Here is the one crappy picture I have of it, will hopefully get some nice ones on when its been given a clean.

Thanks for looking.

SoliD.

P.S sorry about the crap host if anybody wants to rehost that would be great :D

Thanks for all the comments, quite a step up but i'll make sure i'm careful thats for sure.

And ye fox I was committed, how I have moved on since then :D

Oh and it set me back £8450 which is about market average but has saved me some as the mods the previous owner has done were more than likely what I was going to do to it anyway which was pretty lucky.

looks stunning mate:D rarley see people going from vauxhall to ford :)

HAHA well the vauxhall was my first car and got it fairly cheap, I have no brand loyalty, will buy the best I can afford really.

Aye she took me up there and said can I sit in it, so was like might as well take you out for a spin.

just seen how much you payed i thought they were closer to 10k.. i would rather have that then a e46 tbh

i'm not at all jealous:(

Well I was looking around for ages and got a little dispondent as I could not find one in performance blue that wasnt up north and in price range. I was after one with xenons and parking sensors but this one came up and I noticed he had dropped the price twice as it had been up for a fair while so thought might as well have a look that afternoon and it was in great condition with the mods so put the dposit down there and then.
