noo. you keep betting on the 1st 12.. until you win

So you're betting on the lowest numbers, the bottom third for example, right?
What if your number never comes up? You could stand there and bet £1 on each spin on the bottom third all day and never hit a winner.
...which means it isn't guaranteed.no, but theres 9 chances of 1/3 ok. so youd have to be extremely unlucky for it never to come up..
To answer your question, no it isn't illegal. In fact, casinos will actively encourage you to use it, knowing they have the edge.

Do you mean 9 consecutive tries? So you keep betting on the bottom 12 in the hope that it will come up?
Well, as I showed earlier, 5% of the time it'll never come up. Even when it does, you'll only win a tiny amount once you account for the losses incurred in getting there, so it's of no use anyway.
lol, quiet yourself jimmy
ok, so no ones going to rip it apart and explain how and why that wouldnt work
You sir, are a buffoon.

Why anyone thinks that there is ANY system that can beat roulette is beyond me. There is a 0 on there for a reason, and that reason is that no matter what, the house will ALWAYS win given long enough.
There have been some very, very clever electronics thought up in recent years that can predict with an accuracy of about 1 in 6 where the ball will land but every casino in the world knows about those now and you can bet your life on it that they'll kick you out sharpish if they realise what you are doing.
well in the 3rd column, is the amount of profit you will make.. £54 is fine for me, id be chuffed with that..
and 5% it wont come up in a game, so 5 times out of a 100 that will wont work.. i have to say 95% rate is the best odds ive ever seen..
