One one hand he has an obviously outstanding talent and memory to match yet ironically he isn't the sharpest pencil in the set.

I would imagine he was an Autisitc Savant, which would explain the condition.

Still, it is simply amazing what the human brain is capable of, and how it can be applied when used differently to normal.
 
blimey amazing stuff, shows just how quite frankly the human mind is 'perfect', while some see his condition as 'not right', just the slightest change in wiring of the human brain, and it can do things like that, just think what we'll be able to get people to do once its understood more.

It just goes to show that the human mind can in fact hold more information than we actually credit ourselves for.
 
I can't get my head around that. Astonishing. Awesome. Lots of other words that mean ace.
