Kicks off on Sky Sports News at 11.30am, don't think the draw happens till around 12 though. In one of the rehearsal draws, this is how it ended up:

Chelsea vs Schalke
Barcelona vs Manchester United
Liverpool vs Fenerbahce
Arsenal vs Roma

I'm hoping for anyone but Chelsea :)
 
Bring anyone on :) heh can't help but think that Liverpool would probably struggle more against a fenerbahce than against one of the marquee names in there.
 
Ummm liverpool 3-0 on agg against Inter (top of league) and your worried? What about Arsenal? Bit biased...

After they were kept apart in the rehearsal that's almost a certainty now.

Obviously I'd love to get Schalke or Fenerbache but anyone apart from Liverpool and Barcelona will do as we've done that and I don't want Arsenal either as they can be simply unplayable at times.
 
Just a quick calculation - I think probability of there being an all premier league tie in the quarter finals is 33/35. Or odds of 33-2 on.

That's assuming it really is truly random.


edited: Need to take more care. I now think it's 27/35, or odds of 27-8 on.


On the other hand, probability of having two all premier league ties is 3/35, or odds of 32-3 against.

From a English perspective it would be great if we all got drawn apart. Fenerbahce or Schalke would do for me nicely.

I would rather play someone like Barcelona or Roma then Chelsea or Liverpool in the final. (saying that beating Liverpool in the final would be fun ;))

I don't know why but its just how i feel. Everyone else seems to think the opposite :p
