One person went straight on at the lights instead of turning right up the hill towards 172 corner.

Several people followed (while trying to signal to the others might I add :p) and a 3 hour drive around Huddersfield ensued.

You know I think you're all great fella's (I get to chat to you all at the RR which is 30mins away from me) but it really wasn't as awesome as I was expecting. Infact driving around some dodgy town centres for a few hours was quite dull.

tbh chris you need to give it one more try! We'll get Cymatty to lead the way this time and all will be reet, and traffic on the a640 is rocking horse ****!

As andy said, it was the worst MM by a mile.

Also, the mess up in the pub will be sorted, as it turns out one of my new members of staff's parents owns that pub, so we may even get a little discount :D
 
Thinking back, it would have taken the MM abuse too!

I took MrSix out in it for a thrash along the roads before I had the box changed and it was holding up just fine!

Cut to Paradigm and myself sat in the other pub for about 90 mins: "where the **** are they all?"

Ok, well I take that back. Checked the exhaust manifold as it sounded like it was blowing, and one of the bolts was a bit loose. Tightened it up and what I thought was the gearbox, was actually the blowing manifold. I like free fixes :D

Probably didnt help you when it came to MOT time.....

And HOW did you mistake exhaust blowing for gearbox whine! :eek:;):p

Get that other one rebuilt!
 
Id be interested in meeting with you guys.. only got a likkle car that will be put to shame by some of the nice cars you lot drive, but it sounds like a great photo op.

Doesn't really matter what you drive. Gives you a chance to poke around some other peoples cars etc and have a good laugh :)
