caught speeding 65 times and still not banned WTF

I love the quote on the bbc site, "He did make mistakes but that was before his daughter was born. He has shown remorse and he apologises for wasting the court's time." . FFS, it did the crime and should be punished. What kind of example is it to others?
 
even though they know it was him using those bikes i assume they dont have "proper" evidence

Thats insane. Driving without insurance fine is £200, well seeing as my insurance is costing £1000 every 10 months (Admiral) then maybe I shouldnt bother? I mean it would save me £800 so thats a bit of a result. Obviously I'm not going to stop my insurance as I'm not scum. Bring back the death penalty and free up some of the prison space I think.

Also that guy clearly driving without a licence should be put away and banned for life. Even motorists who are banned and kill people get away free.

What is this country coming to?
 
What an Idiot, hes needs a Ban just for being a plank, who the hell goes through the same camera over and over again and dosent expect a cop to be waiting there one day.
 
What's really surprising is that he hasn't lost his license, makes no sense at all if his main crime was speeding past a speed camera 65 times :confused:
