If i chinese has take over and hour and a half to get here, can i refuse to pay?

Just im poor and have been waiting for ages now, so im not happy, plus im very hungry :mad:

Erm, no? You are paying for food, unless its cold, I dont see why you can refuse to pay yet still recieve it.

Did they say how long it'd be when you ordered? Normally they tell me it'll be around 30 mins or whatever, depending how busy it is.

They said around 45 mins, but its come now, and the guy cudnt speak any english, he sort of just looked at me and nervously laughed when i said id been waiting ages.

They taste awesome, might go out with the ring thingys from 4 packs of beer and try and get some seagulls/pidgeons/swans.
