BMW Decision

2 has full leathers and a sunroof, and is cheaper. so, 2

and I quite like the wheels on 2 as well

Do I really have to pick one? BMW's cost a lot to run as it is, but after 14 years of merciless thrashing...

The first one is black which is a big no-no - 14 years worth of being washed with sponges means it will look an absolute mess every time the son shines.

Second one has a better spec but no interior pictures so will be a mess. Infact no, I wouldn't buy either, sorry.

Do you mean mechanical wash rather than with sponges? As sponges are perfectly safe to use.

I prefer the second one.

moho. As Wolfy says, the black will probably look tired, but then I suppose you're more bothered about the engine, and it working. I didn't read the mileage but I dare say as usual, service history is probably important, though at that age who nose, nose nose?

Now, I think I might start a new thread asking this "How are the late E36 M3 evo?"

I might get one to save some moneys.

I just found a P reg Evo Saloon for £3500. It even looks half nice :/

hoh, I have an Pocty vRS at the moment so whatever I get next simply has to have 2 doors and the word 'coupe' somewhere near!

Now, let me have a look on PH! Do they still go anywhere near 10k?

Not many are anywhere near £10k but I get the feeling its the sort of car where you'd want the most expensive one you could find to safeguard you against the many thrashed and raced sheds :(

Now I've fallen to £1000-1500 for a car. I assume the majority would recommend a Mondeo at this price range?

If so, what particular model comes to mind?
