The fact that they are even thinking about it and speaking publically about it shows just who this government considers important though doesn't it? and it certainly isn't the white working man.

Nice how the government can be both Racist and sexist against the white working man and yet outlaw them from both isn't it?
Here's an idea... a job interview should be given with a wall between the employee and the employer so they can't see each other. The employees voice could then be disguised and the interview can continue.
The employer can then give the person the job, or tell them to go away. That way the type of people (colour of their skin, their accent etc.) doesn't matter, the job is purely given on their skill to perform the job.
I also don't understand why they still make us fill out our 'ethnic background'. Surely if everyone is equal then on the 'register' or whatever they use the information for we're all just 'human'?
Maybe us white people should start blowing stuff up and start some 'white pride' parades

I hate the concept of positive discrimination. There's absolutely nothing positive about it. It's such backward thinking! Why can't we go for purely equal opportunities? Makes sense.

Silly idea. Image is massively important in the business world, and one of the skills needed for the job would be being smart and carrying yourself confidently. You wouldn't be able to see that behind a bloody wall.
You are all moaning, but why are labour still in power?
Because you put them there and you keep them there by either voting for them or not bothering to turn out for elections and making sure they don't see another term in power.
