Can i get 2 Hard drives in the space at the bottom of the drive rack ?

Seems like you can fit one behind the flap ....(i just slipped a spare drive i had in to see)
and the other one you could put in the spare 5.25" bay or you maybe able to fix one in the space on top of the DVD drive

can i ask why you would want to use dual bay res's? do you get any gain over single ones?
