Pic: Your desk...RIGHT NOW

:cool:

My A2 Systems & Control Coursework. It's an electronic version of the game 'Bantumi'.

Consists of:

144 red LEDs
144 blue LEDs
48 white LEDs
14 PIC16F882 register PICs programmed in assembly code
1 PIC18F252 main PIC programmed in C
More than 336 strands of ribbon cable

It's not quite finished yet, still got to add the LCD to it (will go to the right of the menu buttons on the RHS) and code the menus for it. Hoping to develop an AI player for it too before I have to hand it in.

It's really great to build something that other people use, and it's been quite nice when I've decided to take a break from it to just sit back and watch people from my class playing a game on something that I've designed and built myself :D

More pictures;

I already posted a photo of my overall setup, but here is a photo of the actual desk as it is now: -

I know the speakers are a bit stupid like this but I've not got stands for the rear ones yet. :(

Mate, that is awesome. I wish my school had offered A level S&C, I only did the GCSE.:(

Did you etch the PCB and everything? It looks really well made...
