Does anyone actually use this function? Sometimes i use Google and type in a keyword and go to the top link instead of typing in the full URL...but now i use the "I'm feeling lucky" button so it's even quicker/lazier!

the only time I have ever used it is to type in find chuck norris and laughed but it gets boring after a while.

I type a keyword into the firefox address bar and then it uses the function automatically. Use it quite a lot when I'm looking for a website but I don't know the exact URL.

because they think that it is an address bar and not a search bar, they are not internet savvy

That would almost make sense, but a guy at the last place I worked (in the IT department no less), used to go to google and type in say "BBC", or "Sky News", rather than use the address bar, as he said it was quicker.

Was no convicing him otherwise, even with the entire IT department mocking him daily over it.

lol that's brilliant

Never used it. When I'm looking for something specific but with a general search term doing my project at the moment, some of the things I need are sometimes on the second page even.

Well it makes sense if you don't know what the URL of the web site is.
