Last week a buddy and I were discussing sausage rolls and we both really fancied some. He wasn't able to get any but I sent my lad to the bakers and he bought some. They were OK, but nothing special.

Today I procured the appropriate ingredients, added a clove of garlic and proceeded to make them.
The tray wasn't big enough to hold all four, I had to use two trays!
Half an hour later, this is what I have.
These things weigh about half a pound each!
