Like letters can, can parcels be redirected? I accidentally sent one of my OcUK orders to the wrong address so I was wondering if my sister can just redirect it to the right address or will she have to pay?

Also, if the package has been carded, can the redelivery address be 100 miles away?

Post can be re-directed as you just stick that back in the postbox. Try giving a parcel over the Counter with a new address on........I dunno, but I would think not, especially if its heavy.

Any redirect instructions will normally have to come from the sender not the receiver. Once the delivery depot has received the redirect instruction they can just trunk it through the overnight network to the new delivery address.

Some couriers charge for this, some don't. The sender may apply a surcharge regardless of whether the courier charge - you really need to speak to OcUK.

Well Royal Mail can only arrange redelivery to the same postcode area, so I have arranged delivery for Friday. Sister will post it up on Friday, so I will get it Saturday/Monday :(

Silly me... I could have had my shiny new heatsink today :o
